Full planning, one calm team

Wedding Planner in Dubai

We plan the reception from the opening call to the last guest leaving, leaving both families free to savour an evening they have long imagined.

What full planning covers

A reception in Dubai often brings together families from different countries, with different ideas of what a wedding night should look like. One side may expect a ladies' hall with a separate gathering for the men, the other a mixed hall with dancing. We listen to both, then propose a format that respects each family and still feels like one celebration.

Full planning means we carry every moving part. We shortlist venue types that suit your guest count, design the stage and the tables, and decide with you how the bride arrives: a traditional zaffa with drums, a quiet walk down a lit aisle, or a grand staircase entrance.

Timings matter more than most couples expect. Access hours, the photographer's schedule, the groom joining a ladies' hall, the cake and the farewell all fit into one written programme. Every supplier receives it well before the day.

On the night

How the evening is run

Our coordinators arrive hours before the guests with a cue sheet that lists every moment: doors open, family seated, bride's entrance, the couple's dance, dinner, cake and farewell.

When the families have a special moment planned, a speech from a father or a surprise performance, we make sure the music stops, the lights shift and the cameras are ready. Styling comes from our decoration and stage design team.

Wedding planning questions

Can you plan a ladies' hall and a men's gathering on the same night?

Yes. We plan both spaces with their own timings and teams, and coordinate the moment the groom and close family join the bride.

Do you work with our chosen venue?

Of course. If you have already booked a venue, we work with its team and follow its rules for access, sound and decor.

Who pays the suppliers?

Our planning fee is quoted on its own. Venue and supplier costs are set out clearly in writing, so you always know what each part covers. See our planning packages.

Can we change the guest count later?

Yes, within the venue's deadlines, and we update the quote in writing.
