Why celebrate at sea
On the water, a celebration feels private in a way few venues can match. The guest list stays small, the views change as you cruise, and the sunset over the Arabian Gulf becomes part of the programme. For an engagement or a small wedding, it is a setting that guests talk about long after the evening.
The yachts are our own. Some come from our Pink Yacht Dubai fleet, styled for romantic evenings, and others from our Big Panda Yachts fleet, with larger decks for family groups. Because we work with our own crews, we plan the route, the decor and the timings directly, without passing messages between companies.
Celebrations at sea also suit couples who want something simpler than a ballroom. There is no hall to fill and no long programme to follow: just good food, music, flowers and the people who matter most. For a surprise on board, see our proposal planning.

- Guest count follows the yacht size, so we match the boat to your list
- Sunset timing shapes the schedule, and it shifts through the year
- The cooler months from October to April are the most comfortable on deck
- Catering is arranged through the yacht team for food safety on board
- Marina access and parking are planned so guests arrive together and on time
- Music volume and decor are chosen to suit an open deck and the wind

Yacht celebration questions
How many guests can join?
It depends on the yacht. Our fleet includes boats for couples and decks for larger family groups; we suggest the right one for your list.
Can we hold a full wedding on a yacht?
Smaller weddings and receptions after the nikah work well on board. For very large guest lists, a venue on land is usually more comfortable.
What happens if the sea is rough?
The captain decides on safety. If conditions are poor, we move the date or keep the yacht in calmer water near the marina.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Yes, as long as they suit a deck: no open flames and nothing that can blow into the water. We advise you before the day.
