These terms explain how our quotes and planning services work. Your written agreement for each event sets out the full details.
Quotes and confirmation
We do not publish a fixed price list. Every quote is tailored to your date, guest count, venue type and wishes, and it is valid for the period stated on it. A celebration is confirmed once both sides have agreed the scope and terms in writing. Any later change to the plan, such as more guests or extra services, is added to the written agreement before it takes effect.
Venues and suppliers
Many parts of a celebration are delivered by venues and suppliers, such as catering, room rental, flowers, photography or entertainment. Their own terms and conditions apply to their part of the event, including their rules on access, sound, safety and timing. We coordinate them on your behalf and share their terms with you in writing, but each venue and supplier remains responsible for its own service.
Changes and cancellation
Plans can change, and we try to be flexible. The terms for changing a date, reducing the scope or cancelling an event, including any deposits and deadlines, reach you in writing ahead of your confirmation. Please read them carefully, together with the terms of any venue or supplier involved, because their conditions may differ from ours.
Our role
We plan, style and coordinate celebrations. Legal marriage services sit outside our work. Contract, katb kitab or nikah paperwork is completed by the couple at the court or before an authorised officiant, and the couple is responsible for meeting its requirements. We plan the celebration around that moment. Events at sea follow the captain's decisions on safety, route and weather, which may change timings on the day.
Photos and website content
The photos and videos on this website show setups we have designed and installed ourselves. They illustrate our style; your own design will be adapted to your venue, palette and guests, so details may differ. The content of this website may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page applies from the date it is published.
