We do not ask for payment details through the website.
Like most websites, our site may also record basic technical information, such as the type of browser and the pages visited, to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your request, to prepare ideas and a tailored quote, and to plan your celebration if you decide to work with us. We may contact you by email about your event. Your information is never sold, and it is not passed to advertisers.
Who sees it
Your details are seen by our planning team. If you confirm a celebration with us, we share the information each supplier or venue needs to do their part, for example the guest count with the venue or the timings with the photographer. We share no more than is needed, and we ask our suppliers to treat it with care. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information stays with us while it serves your request and the planning of your event. If you do not go ahead, we remove enquiry details after a reasonable period. Records connected to a confirmed event may be kept longer where we need them for our own accounts or to answer questions afterwards. We protect stored information with reasonable technical and organisational measures.
Your choices
Whenever you wish, you may request a copy of what we hold, a correction, or its removal. Send your request by email from the address you used to contact us, and we will act on it. If this policy changes, we will update this page, and the newest version will always apply.
