Questions and answers
Wedding Planning FAQ
The questions families ask us most, answered simply.

Planning
How early should we start planning?
Nine to twelve months for a large reception in the cooler months; a few weeks can be enough for smaller events.
Do you plan the whole wedding season?
Yes. We can plan the proposal, engagement, henna night and reception as one connected plan.
Can you plan for families from different cultures?
Yes. We often blend traditions from two families into one programme that feels natural to both.
Do you work in Arabic?
Yes, we plan in English and Arabic, and prepare signage and programmes in both.
Can the team be all female?
Yes, for ladies' halls, henna nights and bridal showers.
Do you handle the marriage contract?
No. No. That step is the couple's, at the court or before an authorised officiant, and our planning wraps around it.
Venues and yachts
Do you name venues on the site?
No. We plan by venue type and share partner venues on request. See wedding venues.
Can you work at a venue we have already booked?
Yes, we follow the venue's own rules on access, sound and decor.
Whose yachts do you use?
Our own yachts in Dubai Marina. Read more on yacht weddings.
What is the right season for an outdoor event?
October to April is usually the most comfortable for beaches, gardens and decks.
Can we celebrate at home?
Yes. We style homes and family majlis for engagements, katb kitab and henna nights.
Quotes and requests
Why are no prices published?
Every celebration differs in size and style, so each quote is tailored to you.
How do we get a quote?
Send the request form with your date, guest count, venue type and wishes. See our packages.
What should we include in the request?
The date or month, number of guests, the occasion, any venue already booked and the style you like.
How will you reply?
We reply by email with questions or a concept outline, then a tailored quote.
Can we talk before we commit?
Of course. Use the contact page to arrange a call at a time that suits you.
