Venue sourcing, by type
Wedding Venues in Dubai
We find the setting that fits your guests, your customs and your season, then handle the visits, the questions and the details with the venue.

How we source a venue
We do not begin with a brochure. We begin with your guest count, your date, whether you need a ladies' hall, how far elders can walk and how late the music should play. From there we shortlist venue types that fit, across areas such as Downtown Dubai, Jumeirah, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and Al Barsha.
We work with a circle of partner venues and share their details on request. We arrange viewings, collect floor plans and check the rules on decor, sound and access hours before you commit. Venue food and room rental are quoted by the venue itself, and we read those terms with you so nothing is missed.
Once the venue is chosen, it becomes the frame for everything else in our wedding planning, from the stage size to the timing of dinner.
Venue types we plan in

Hotel ballroom
Indoor halls with climate control, fixed lighting rigs and in-house catering for large receptions.

Beach and garden
Open-air settings by the sea or among the trees, lovely in the cooler months.

Desert setting
A camp-style celebration under an open night sky, with rugs, lanterns and a sense of space.

Home or majlis
The family home or majlis for engagements, katb kitab and henna nights.

Comparing venue types
A quick guide to how each setting usually works.
| Venue type | Typical guest range | Good for | Plan for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hotel ballroom | 150 to 1,000 | Large receptions, ladies' halls | Early booking and fixed access hours |
| Beach or garden | 50 to 400 | Evening receptions in cooler months | Weather backup and lighting |
| Desert setting | 50 to 300 | Henna nights, themed evenings | Transport, power and sound |
| Home or majlis | 20 to 120 | Engagements, katb kitab, henna | Parking and neighbours |
| Yacht | 10 to 100 | Engagement cruises, proposals | Sunset timing and guest limits |
A general comparison; every venue sets its own rules and capacities.
Questions to ask any venue
We ask these on your behalf, and you may want to hear the answers too:
- How many guests can sit for dinner in this space?
- Can the hall be divided for separate ladies' and men's gatherings?
- What time can decor suppliers enter, and when must they leave?
- Are there rules on music volume or end times?
- Is outside catering or a cake from another supplier allowed?
- Where do guests park, and is valet available?
- What happens to an outdoor booking if the weather turns?
Venue questions
Can you recommend specific venues?
Yes, partner venues are shared on request once we know your date and guest count.
Do you charge the venue rental?
No. Venue rental and food are quoted and invoiced by the venue; our fee covers the planning.
Can we visit before we decide?
Of course. We arrange viewings and walk through the space with you.
How do we choose between indoor and outdoor?
Season, guest age and timing are the key factors. Our venue guide covers this in detail.
